According to BGL e.V [the Federal Association of Road Haulage, Logistics and Waste Disposal – the professional association in Germany that represents the interests of its members in the field of logistics, freight forwarding, storage disposal and road haulage], there is currently a shortage of almost 120,000 truck drivers in Germany now and the gap widens year after year.
Other significant factors worsening this situation are the ageing workforce and steep increase in the retirement rate of truck drivers. Generally, it is estimated that 30,000 to 35,000 drivers retire annually due to age, however merely about 15,000 to 20,000 new drivers enter the profession every year.

German Language Training
We provide German language training to all participants for A2 level certification; further training till B1 followed by an integration training (bridging program).
Support for Candidates

Document Management, Work Permit, Professional Recognition
- Coordination with the authorities to obtain permission to practice the profession in Germany

Further training in Germany & Commencement of work
- Candidates will be provided a 06-month training course in German (TQ1). During this training, he will obtain the EU CE truck licence, the licence as a professional driver with EU FQN 95, the ADR certificates, load securing and the forklift licence.
- All expenses for this licence process will be borne by our employer group.
- Candidates will receive regular salary during this phase.
- Candidates will receive EU car driving licence at the beginning of this training program.
